Your adventure begins early in the morning with pick-up from your hotel between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. We drive for two hours through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a region famous not only for its fertile farmlands but also for its stunning Inca sites and impressive landscapes.
We stop for 30 minutes in Ollantaytambo, where you can enjoy breakfast and buy snacks such as candies, chocolates, cookies, and energizers. The journey continues for another hour until reaching the Abra Málaga Pass (4,350 m / 14,271 ft).
From this high mountain pass, we begin our downhill biking experience, descending for approximately 3 hours through small villages, fruit plantations, rivers, and lush valleys until reaching Huamanmarca. Here, we board our vehicle again for the final 30-minute drive to Santa María, where we enjoy lunch and settle into our rooms for the night.
At 3:00 PM, you have the optional activity of river rafting (not included). Experience two hours of pure adrenaline on the Urubamba River (Class III & IV rapids). After the activity, we return to Santa María for dinner and a well-deserved rest.
